Carla's artistry is a result of more than forty years of passion, studying, working and living in Asia, Europe and the USA.

Most of her artistic creations came to life during the eight years living near the magical city of Venice, a place where every artist places research as a priority. Carla has recently renovated an old traditional property in the Antique Borgo of Neive (Cuneo), UNESCO heritage, creating a permanent gallery and atelier.

"Each color, shape and form of my work is selected to communicate a message," says Carla. "

"Your lovely bowl proudly sits as a centerpiece on my entry table. I will not allow the maid to dust it because I am afraid she will break it. No food or other objects are placed inside because I want the positive energy and joy to fill my home and therefore my heart." said a customer who recently lost his wife. Touching people through her art is what matters most to Carla and inspires her to work.

"I want to create unique artwork that enhances beauty and joy in the world and that inspires and guides others through their own personal discovery of their deepest emotions and messages from above." says Carla.

"Art can be a means to express love and joy, which can become a contributing factor to the enhancement of world peace."

"The arrangement or composition of vases and dishes become a sculpture in itself," says Carla. ""For example, a set of three vases can be separated, turned around and put in a different order to suit one's mood or décor. I have designed different charger plates with some dinner sets so that each guest has something to call their own. Guests will feel a part of, yet individual in a group setting."

In addition to ceramics, Carla paints using watercolor and acrylics, as well as designs and executes artist objects and furnishing in various metals and ceramics for interior and exterior environments. She welcomes collaborations with clients and other designers and architects.
