Yellow is the brightest color, it illuminates ones joyous side, stimulates mental ability and concentration, and lively inner self. It is intellect, acquired knowledge, learning, focus, sun, warmth and cleansing. In China, yellow was the imperial color and considered auspicious.

Lemon

The lemon is rich in all vitamins. It reinforces the immune system, protects against fevers, coughs, colds and flu. It has a great cleansing and detoxification effect. It is a potent antioxidant which helps combat aging, arteriosclerosis, heart attacks, arthritis and free radicals. In addition the lemon assists to reduce uric acid levels, therefore, gout, kidney stones and to protect the gallbladder. It acts to prevent cell degeneration of the skin and scalp.

Yellow peppers are high in vitamin C (superior from other vegetables) and A, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, flavornoids, chlorophyll and polyunsaturated fats. They contain some vitamin B and E.

Yellow peppers have been linked to increased immune system and health skin. In subjects not intolerant to foods of the solanaceae family, they help to stimulate the digestive system and secretion of gastric juices.

Yellow peppers are also an excellent antioxidant and assist in the fight of bronchitis, colds, asthma, upper respiratory system infections, cataracts, atherosclerosis and premature aging and tumors. The high level of carotenoids in yellow peppers help protect against heart disease.
